1. Create a new formula field (typically “p2e”).
2. Use the “Code Wizard” (from the system tray click “p2e”, then “Code Wizard”, to generate the text to go into the formula (assuming the following formula fields already exist):
3. Insert the formula into an appropriate area on the form – somewhere on the page header (and hide it using one of the techniques described earlier).
