The printers in BOLD (numbers 1-6) work best with p2e. p2e can automatically configure them for optimal use from within the p2e configuration settings manager. P2eMon also monitors and changes their settings to ensure they output to the correct folder and configures the filename that is created.
NB: In terminal server implementations where the Outlook client is on a local workstation and the PDF is created on a Terminal Server session a small utility can be installed on the Terminal Server which ensures PDF files are written to the correct shared folder with the correct name format.
The others work too - but are not seamless in operation.
Other third-party PDF printer software may work, but they have not been tested to work with p2e.
P2e can also work in Terminal Server environments – but additional software may be required.
