The first one is p2eMon, and the second is the p2e processor.
P2eMon monitors the creation of PDF files and places them in a queue ready for p2e to process.
P2e processes files in its queue, analyses them, splits them up as necessary (a process known as “decollation”) and interfaces with Outlook to email them.
